We designed a parent holding company (Krissy Banx Inc.) with full bylaws and distinct sub-entities for Finance, Media, Products, Vending, and a Foundation to isolate liability and optimize revenue.
Full-Spectrum Legal Fortification
We developed the foundational agreements, policies, and internal protections needed to support safer operation in a regulated, youth-facing financial space, while establishing business credit and liberating the founder from Tailor Brands.
