Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Intenovate™, your primary responsibility will be to identify and prospect potential clients, build and nurture client relationships, and drive sales. You will play an instrumental role in helping women entrepreneurs develop their businesses and achieve sustainable profitability. Operating on a commission-based, referral-based compensation system, your earnings will be based on the number and quality of referrals you bring to the company. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are passionate about empowering women in business and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales 

  • Proficient in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system

  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular feedback on sales performance


Minimum Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you are expected to achieve a minimum of 3 successful referrals per month.

Compensation Nuances: At Intenovate™ Inc., we offer a competitive commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential. The commission rates are based on the tiered structure of the accounts you close. The tiers are as follows:

  • Tier 1: Up to and under $5,000 = 10% commission (EG: $500 commission for an account that costs $5,000)

  • Tier 2: Up to $10,000 = 12% commission (EG: $1,200 commission for an account that costs $10,000)

  • Tier 3: Up to $50,000 = 15% commission (EG:$7,500 commission for an account that costs $50,000)

  • Tier 4: Up to $100,000 = 20% commission (EG:$20,000 commission for an account that costs $100,000)

  • Tier 5: Over $180,000 = 30% commission (EG:$54,000 commission for an account that costs $180,000)


Bonuses:

  1. 10%+ Additional Commission Bonus: If you close five or more accounts in a single month, you will receive a bonus of 10% or more on top of your commissions.

  2. Holiday and Birthday Bonus: We value our sales representatives and believe in celebrating important occasions. As part of our appreciation, you will receive special bonuses during holidays and on your birthday.
