What is a Client Conduct & Communication Policy
Outlines the standards of professional conduct, communication expectations, and workplace boundaries required for all clients, vendors, contractors, and third parties interacting with Intenovate Inc.

Purpose - The purpose of this policy is to establish professional communication standards and behavioral expectations that protect the integrity, productivity, safety, and well-being of Intenovate Inc. employees, contractors, representatives, and clients. This Policy is intended to supplement all existing agreements, contracts, service terms, and operational procedures established by Intenovate Inc. This policy applies to all interactions with Intenovate Inc., including but not limited to meetings, communications, project collaboration, consultations, office visits, digital correspondence, and service engagements.
The Policy
Scope- This policy applies to all clients, prospective clients, vendors, contractors, partners, affiliates, and third parties engaging with Intenovate Inc. through any communication channel, service agreement, physical location, or digital platform.
Professional Communication Standards
All communications with Intenovate Inc. personnel must remain respectful, professional, constructive, and appropriate at all times, regardless of project status, deadlines, disputes, or service concerns.Prohibited Conduct
Intenovate Inc. does not tolerate hostile, intimidating, threatening, abusive, manipulative, harassing, discriminatory, disruptive, or aggressive behavior directed toward employees, contractors, or representatives. This includes excessive verbal hostility, demeaning remarks, repeated intimidation tactics, or conduct that creates an unsafe or hostile working environment.Office Visits & Meetings
All in-person meetings, consultations, and office visits must be scheduled and approved in advance by Intenovate Inc. management. Unannounced visits may be denied, rescheduled, or redirected at the discretion of management for operational, privacy, and security purposes.Communication Channels
Clients are required to use approved communication channels designated by Intenovate Inc. for project management, updates, approvals, and support requests. Employees and contractors are not obligated to respond to communications outside of approved business hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.Respect for Staff & Operations
Clients acknowledge that Intenovate Inc. maintains a professional workplace environment and agree to interact with all team members in a manner that supports operational efficiency, mutual respect, and workplace professionalism.Escalation Procedures
Concerns regarding services, billing, deliverables, timelines, or personnel must be directed through designated management or official support channels. Intenovate Inc. reserves the right to redirect communications through executive management or legal representatives when necessary.Right to Restrict Communication
Intenovate Inc. reserves the right to limit, pause, redirect, or monitor communications with any client whose conduct is determined to be disruptive, inappropriate, excessive, or detrimental to business operations or employee well-being.Suspension or Termination of Services
Violations of this policy may result in temporary suspension of meetings, restricted access to staff, reassignment of account management, refusal of in-person meetings, or termination of services and agreements at the sole discretion of Intenovate Inc.Workplace Safety & Security
Intenovate Inc. reserves the right to deny entry, remove individuals from company property, involve building security, or contact appropriate authorities if any conduct is deemed unsafe, threatening, disruptive, or harmful to employees, clients, contractors, visitors, or company operations.Non-Retaliation
Employees and representatives of Intenovate Inc. may report concerns related to client conduct without fear of retaliation. All concerns will be reviewed internally and addressed appropriately.Policy Acceptance
By engaging with Intenovate Inc., entering into agreements, purchasing services, attending meetings, or communicating with company personnel, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this Client Conduct & Communication Policy in addition to all contractual obligations and service agreements.
