What is a Code of conduct

Defines the ethical standards and expected behavior for all employees and representatives at Intenovate Inc.

Effective Date: 01, Mar 2024

Purpose - The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish standards of behavior that promote integrity, ethical conduct and compliance within Intenovate Inc.

The Policy

Scope -  This Code applies to all employees, officers, directors and partners of Intenovate Inc. in their activities related to the company.

  • Policy Statements Legal Compliance - We will conduct our activities in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Conflicts of Interest - All personnel must avoid any conflicts between their personal interests and the interests of Intenovate Inc.

  • Ethical Business Practices - We will conduct business free from bribery, kickbacks, or other corrupt practices and will not make illegal payments.

  • Anti-Discrimination - We will not discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected class.

  • Harassment & Abuse - We will not tolerate harassment, abuse or violation of an individual's privacy or dignity.

  • Privacy & Data Protection - We will protect confidential and personal data in compliance with privacy laws.

  • Health, Safety & Environment - We will provide a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with safety standards.

  • Reporting Violations - We will investigate and address any reported incidents of non-compliance or violations.

These  Policies and other legal notices, are subject to change at the discretion of Intenovate Inc. Updates will be posted periodically, and users are encouraged to review them regularly. Previous versions of these documents may be available via archive or upon written request.
