What is an Whistleblower policy

Outlines protections and procedures for employees to safely report unethical or illegal conduct at Intenovate Inc.

Effective Date: 01, Mar 2024

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to encourage the reporting of incidents involving illegal practices or violations of Intenovate Inc. policies and procedures.

The Policy

Non-Retaliation

Intenovate Inc. prohibits discrimination, harassment or retaliation against any personnel who reports a whistleblower complaint.


Confidential Reporting Procedure

Personnel can report concerns anonymously via the Whistleblower Hotline or directly to the Compliance Officer. All reports will be kept confidential.


Investigation & Response

The Compliance Officer will investigate all reports fairly and determine an appropriate response. Appropriate actions will be taken.


Communications & Training

Information about this policy is included in new-hire materials. Periodic reminders are also provided.


Records Retention

All reports and investigation materials will be securely retained in accordance with retention policies.

These  Policies and other legal notices, are subject to change at the discretion of Intenovate Inc. Updates will be posted periodically, and users are encouraged to review them regularly. Previous versions of these documents may be available via archive or upon written request.
