  2. Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing orientation materials and conducting orientations.

  3. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and assisting in employee recognition programs.

  4. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.

  5. Support HR projects, such as policy development and implementation, performance management, and training programs.

  6. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.

  7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing HR-related documents.

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
